Perishable Food Items (bread, tortillas, baked goods):
Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right (replacement or credit).
Non-Perishable / Physical Products (crafts, tools, merchandise):
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
Digital Products (downloads, templates, SOPs, etc.):
All digital product sales are final.
