Refund & Return Policy

Perishable Food Items (bread, tortillas, baked goods):

• Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns.

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right (replacement or credit).

Non-Perishable / Physical Products (crafts, tools, merchandise):

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Digital Products (downloads, templates, SOPs, etc.):

• All digital product sales are final.

• If you experience an issue accessing your files, contact us for support.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
